I was recommended by a friend and I was very sceptical but willing to try something that would help…ive had many problems for years that has taken a long time to diagnose. I have only recently confirmed lupus and aswell as many other things and ad as a result I'm in my early 40’s with joint pain, anxiety, depression and all sorts. I've been reluctant to take prescribed medication as over the years been given too many different things as missing assignments and had these an around 6 weeks. They have not put me to sleep but definitely improved my sleep and keeping me asleep due to pain relief of my joints and as a result of the sleep or the capsules I’m now not as high strung my moods are sooooo much more stable and joint pain has definitely become more manageable. I’d highly recommend for someone who is maybe suffering with peri menopausal symptoms /auto immune and arthritis related conditions as definitely helped me manage better but not a cure but definitely wouldn’t live without these now.
