They really didn’t work at all, even though in desperation I used two.
They left a sticky residue that was impossible to get off without using chemicals, ans finally they didn’t smell one iota of lavender

these really are useless, firstly they don't even faintly smell of lavender, secondly they leave an awful sticky mess after removal. But most importantly, they don't work, even when applying two. Total waste of money. But maybe they work for some but not this poor sleep deprived lady.

I have suffered with insomnia for thirty years. Tried everything and nothing helped. These do. Took a week to build up but then I got a great five hours straight sleep. I do find if I use them everyday I can be groggy the next day so I have a few days on then a few days off now. Sleep isn't perfect by any means but it is way better than it used to be. I'm currently trying half a patch every day to see if that suits me better

Left a sticky patch on my arm and didn’t help me sleep at all, in fact I had a worse night than normal. Tried again twice more, had to remove glue from arm with eye-makeup remover and still did t help me sleep. Will go back to my usual sleep patches when they are available again
